Tim Street-Porter

Vindication came fast for Tim after making the leap from architecture to a life behind the lens: his shots landed in WoI’s first ever issue. His former field, however, can still very much be felt: ‘I can intuitively sum up an architect’s intent and transmit it through my camera.’ The mind he pins down (in words and images) is set designer Tony Duquette’s, who had an ‘unstoppable creative drive’.
